"Can't establish a reliable data connection to the server"

I am Just Searching Searching and Searching On That Issue but can't find a solution with out Rooting The Phoen, But At last with the kindness of Allah i found a method for sorting out this problem with out Rooting my Android Phone.

in Short You Need To Do 2 Things

1. Updating Google Play Manually
2. Create a secure connection by yourself

1. Updating Google Play

Now Follow The Steps

1. Go To Settings > Apps > All > Google Play 

Now Here firstly Clear the data and Clear Cache and Click unInstall Recent updates

2. Now Try to sign in Agian.If Works then fine if not then Follow next

3. Now Download the Latest Google Play 4.1.6 apk File

4. Now Move This File To your SD Card with USB or Bluetooth and open it and install it in any file manager or other Default software 

5. After Installing It Restart your Phone

2. Creating Secure Connection

1. Download any VPN Connection Applications Apk and Install in Mobile as You done with googleplay.apk file.

I had used Hotspot shield for this purpose 

Hotspot Shield VPN v0.5.27 [Download Link] 

2. Now Go to Hotspot activate its Shield while WIFI is on

3. Go To Google Play if its still Giving the Error Go To Youtube Application

and You Will see there will be Plain Sign In For Your Account....!! :)
